About the Park

Meadow View Park is situated in Minster on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent.  Just 50 miles from London  and 40 miles from Dover

The History

After several years of the Park being used for Touring the  owners of the  site felt it would be best used as a park for the older generation who would appreciate its beautiful views, peace and quite and friendliness.  

Welcome to Meadow View Park!

Meadow View Park has been designed for the more discerning 50 Plus age group and is suitable for Leisure, Holiday or Retirement, for people who wish to relax and unwind in a tranquil setting.

Meadow View is an exclusive new development of Omar and Pemberton Lodges, laid out informally near a stream and overlooking open countryside on Kent’s Isle of Sheppey, but only a short walk to the Sea Front.

All the homes will have block paved car parking spaces for two cars, plus a good-sized garden.  Some plots will include a hot tub.

Everyday needs can be bought in Minster within a mile of the park, including 2 General Stores with an Off Licence, News Agents, Florist, Chemist, Fish & Chips,a Card and Gift shop and a Post Office. You do not have to travel too far for food or drink either, as there are six pubs within a mile, the nearest being just a few hundred yards from the entrance, or a short walk along to the sea front where you can sample local food at the Playa Restaurant /Bar.

Also within the mile radius you can find a Doctors Surgery, a Veterinary Surgery and Dentist, and our brand new Sheppey Hospital is only about 1.5 miles away with its own Minor Injuries unit.

As you can see everything you need  to make your stay with Meadow View as comfortable and convenient for your Leisure, Holiday or Retirement needs.

Reviews

The first buyers at the park were locals, who said the location was perfect for its peace and quiet, being close to town yet overlooking countryside, with wonderful views was perfection.

A bus stop is situated at the entrance to Meadow View Park. offering a regular bus service to Sheppey’s main town, Sheerness 2.5 miles and to other destinations.  

From Sheerness there is a half hourly Train service to Sittingbourne, where you can travel further afield to London Victoria, Faversham, Canterbury, Ramsgate and Dover

The bus and train services are a little more modern than the one shown in these pictures.
